Our vision at atingi is a world in which digital learning is inclusive, accessible, relevant, safe and secure for all. In developing and emerging countries, access to lifelong learning opportunities is scarce and remains a challenge, especially for disadvantaged groups with diverse educational backgrounds. To address this gap, GIZ is implementing the atingi platform, a Moodle based, open-source Learning Management System. For our team in Bonn facing the needs of our Learners and GIZ projects worldwide, Germany, we are looking for a curious, creative service-oriented intern. We offer first-hand experience in Digital Transformation - a highly relevant field in international cooperation and development - an agile work environment in a young and motivated team and the possibility to learn and network in our organisation.
In this role, you will be part of atingi’s Customer Team. This team is responsible for ensuring that learners, educators and GIZ projects get maximum benefit from using our platform. During your internship, you will:
Proactively be part of the efforts to help, guide and navigate our learners from all partner countries of BMZ along their individual learning journey from registration to certificate Support a variety of different, multilingual GIZ projects and educators along the end-to-end partner journey, from discovery and onboarding to completing or publishing courses respectively including communication activities Supporting the team in the development, definition, and implementation of CSM processes based on professional advice from a CSM coach Contribute to optimizing our customer facing and internal processes and service offering including the implementation of a new customer success management toolPlease be informed that you are only allowed to apply for this internship, if you are currently enrolled as a student or graduated not longer than six months ago from the start of your internship.
We pay a monthly stipend of €2.134,52 (gross).
