The final translation is expected to be delivered within two weeks to ensure timely integration into ongoing projects and discussions.
Task DescriptionWe are seeking 1 Online Volunteer to support us by translating the document \"Guía para el uso de futuros en pos de una gobernabilidad efectiva con participación inclusiva de las juventudes en América Latina y el Caribe\" (Guide for the Use of Foresight Towards Effective Governance with Inclusive Youth Participation in Latin America and the Caribbean) from Spanish to English. To this end, the Online Volunteer is asked: - To translate the document, which is approximately 12,000 words long, into English. - Ensure the translation is concise, aligns with our communications guidelines, and fits the intended audience. The selected Online Volunteer will be provided with the document in its original language and will receive guidance on the target audience, our communications guidelines, and any other support needed. This opportunity will allow the Online Volunteer to build connections with the Governance Team from UNDP Regional Hub for Latin America and the Caribbean and gain insights into how their translation contributes to fostering inclusive governance and youth participation in the region.
