Full Recruitment Lifecycle:
Candidate sourcing: Utilise advanced tools and online solutions to attract a diverse, high-quality talent pool.Direct sourcing: Lead the direct sourcing efforts for positions you will be responsible for, identifying and engaging top talent through social media, job boards, professional networks, and industry events. You will proactively build pipelines of candidates and ensure effective outreach to underrepresented nationalities and backgrounds.Candidate experience: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and seamless recruitment experience.Support for hiring managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic insights into the selection process (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion).Evaluation tools: Set up and manage video interviews and other assessment methods to evaluate candidates effectively; train hiring managers on best practices for using evaluation tools and conducting effective interviews.Interview coordination: Organise, plan, and conduct interviews, ensuring smooth logistics and communication; provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and structured interviewing processes.Job offers: Prepare job offers and ensure timely communication with candidates.Outreach and Branding:
Targeted outreach programs: Develop and drive initiatives to increase visibility and attract talent from underrepresented nationalities and backgrounds.Sourcing strategies: Contribute to the implementation of strategies to address the recruitment challenges, ensuring diverse representation within the organization.Career fair participation: Represent CERN at virtual and onsite career fairs, including those held abroad, to promote CERN job opportunities, engage with potential candidates, and enhance CERN’s employer brand. This includes preparing presentations, informational materials, and engaging in one-on-one interactions with attendees.Candidate community engagement and CRM Management: Build, maintain, and nurture communities of candidates using a CRM tool to enhance engagement and connection with potential hires.Administrative and support duties:
Collaborate with other HR centres of Expertise for recruitment needs.Maintain recruitment data for informed decisions.Enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.Contribute to TA projects to improve processes.Keep accurate and timely recruitment records.Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of human resources, business administration or a related field.

Initial experience in full-cycle recruitment within an in-house team in a large, multicultural environment, ideally in a STEM domain;Proven experience in direct sourcing for various positions at international level, including building talent pipelines and proactively reaching out to potential candidates through multiple channels;Proficiency with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and tools for video interviews, social media, and professional networking;Experience in developing and implementing branding initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool.Desired:
