Work LocationUNHCC Expected duration9 months Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Radiologist at the UN Health Care Center will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to support patient care for UN personnel, their families, and eligible beneficiaries. The position ensures accurate diagnosis, contributing to effective treatment planning and the overall health and safety of the UN community. The IC is expected to maintain the highest standards of medical ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality while working within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team. Qualifications/special skillsA minimum of first degree in general medicine and specialized in the field of Radiology is required. The candidate must hold current, unrestricted registration with the medical licensing authority of a United Nations Member State. A minimum of 5 years work experience in the field of Radiology is required. The work at the clinic requires the use of an electronic medical record system. Computer skills: full command of Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint) and common internet applications will be required. LanguagesEnglish and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the job advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required.
