Context Under the direct supervision of the Head of Protection and under the overall supervision of the Head of Office, the Project Assistant will be participating in information provision and operation and support of helpline
Cooperates with the partner organisation on redirecting the incoming request for the specific request such as mental health and psychological support.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, Social Science, International Relations, Law or related field from an accredited academic institution, with two years of relevant professional experience
OR
High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with four years of relevant professional experience
Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database. ExperienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in liaising with governmental authorities, other national/international institutions, or NGOs;
Minimum 2 years’ experience with direct assistance to migrants.
SkillsKnowledge of Office 365 tools;
Communication with respect to cultural differences;
Effective time management;
Team work;
Punctuality in administrative processes.
Knowledge of work with Amazon Connect or other calling services is an asset.
LanguagesFor all applicants, fluency in English, Ukrainian and Czech is required (oral and written).
