Purpose of the job
The Officer is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the legal department of OGC.
Background
The Officer performs the full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support associated with an in-house legal function, including correspondence and legal document preparation, diary management and administrative support. The role may involve supporting and guiding other OTE staff in the department, as well as liaising with OGC OTE staff in resident offices
Scale
The role will interact with all levels within the department and Bank-wide, as well as with outside counsel and other service providers to the Bank.
