SUPERVISION: SEWPP National Project Coordinator
STANDARD MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS-QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Language:
Engage and oversee planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities on the implementation of Sudan Emergency Wheat Production Project.,
Lead overall day-to-day coordination to review and give technical feedback on monitoring and evaluation plan of the project to ensure performance tracking.
Contribute to the analysis of output and outcome data and recommend improvements to programme interventions and to enhance WFP’s ability to demonstrate outcome focused results on project’s components.
Follow-up on monitoring and evaluation findings of project activities and subcomponents to ensure that corrective actions are taken and/or adjustments are made to project responses as required.
Produce frequent monitoring and evaluation progress reports with status of results and implementation of improvements. Contribute technically to the design and implementation of assessments, surveys or evaluations of the project, including data collection, curation, and analysis, regular technical reporting, and documentation, and ensure timely reporting and rightful deliverables.
Train national and partner staff in appropriate monitoring and evaluation techniques to build capacity of staff, increase awareness on the importance of monitoring and evaluation and encourage accountability for demonstrating results.
Work in close collaboration with internal counterparts and external partners to strengthen the quality and consistency of monitoring and evaluation activities in the field.
Work in close collaboration with internal counterparts and external partners to strengthen the data quality, accuracy and consistency to build credible performance evidence.
Provide monitoring and evaluation findings and recommendations to support performance planning,risk analysis, and risk mitigation activities.
Support evident based knowledge documentations to inform decision making process to provide the most effective decisions with the aim of improving project’s outcomes.
