CONTEXTE ET L'OBJECTIF DE LA MISSION:
L'Adjoint.e Logistique jouera un rôle clé dans la mise en oeuvre des activités de prestation de serviceslogistiques. Les activités de prestation de services logistiques comprennent la gestion « dans le pays » de lachaîne d'approvisionnement sanitaire du Fonds mondial - la réception, l'entreposage/le stockage et la livraisonde produits pharmaceutiques à plus de 800 points de distribution (dont 24 hôpitaux et autres postes/centresde santé) situés dans 80 sous-préfectures à travers le pays de la République centrafricaine.
En outre, le PAM assure également la logistique de la campagne de distribution de moustiquaires contre lepaludisme, une activité également financée par le Fonds mondial et mise en oeuvre par l'intermédiaire durécipiendaire principal, World Vision. Le rôle du PAM se concentre sur tous les aspects logistiques liés à lalivraison d'environ 4 millions de moustiquaires aux points de distribution dans tout le pays.
Les activités de prestation de services sont financées par le Fonds Mondial par le biais des bénéficiaires principaux(PR) de sa subvention (Croix-Rouge française et World Vision), dans le cadre des programmes de lutte contre lesida, la tuberculose et le paludisme pour le compte du Ministère de la Santé.
L'Adjoint.e Logistique sera responsable de superviser et de garantir l'exécution en temps réel des opérations desaisie des données, de production des listes de colisage, de dispatch des commandes, et de clôture detransaction. Il sera également chargé de l'analyse des données de stock et de distribution pour assurerl'efficacité des opérations logistiques.
