Lead, Planning - GL D - 3 years Defined Duration
The Lead, Planning at the Global Fund will lead the organization's annual planning process, which includes developing the annual organizational priorities and implementation plan along with corresponding targets and metrics to gauge progress, all of which aligns with the Global Fund strategy. Additionally, the Lead, Planning will oversee the prioritization of change Initiatives as part of the annual operational expenditure (OPEX) budgeting process, ensuring that resources are allocated optimally and efficiently to drive organizational priorities.
The Lead, Planning's role extends to providing guidance and support on implementation planning for priority projects and initiatives, including mobilizing support from other parts of the organization to ensure successful execution and identifying new change initiatives to be monitored as part of the internal organizational performance monitoring framework. This individual will collaborate with teams to revise and improve their performance metrics and targets throughout the year and will support continuous improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.

Languages:
An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
