Under the direct supervision of the Project Officer and overall supervision of the Head of Representation[MA1] , the Junior Project Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the ICMPD Türkiye Representation Office (RO) and the overall portfolios throughout various tasks.
This position involves assisting with the implementation and coordination of RO tasks as well as project activities in alignment with the regulatory framework, standard administrative practices, and operating procedures of ICMPD. The Junior Project Assistant will help with new project development, knowledge management, activities as well as other assigned tasks. The role contributes to enhancing the capacity of the RO as well as development for all stakeholders and partners.
The incumbent must be fluent in English and Turkish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
