Job description

FELICITY II is an initiative of GIZ and the European Investment Bank (EIB), supported by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action of Germany. The project aims to support low-carbon and climate-resilient infrastructure projects in cities that markedly contribute to sustainable development. Specifically, FELICITY II intends to replicate the successful FELICITY approach to achieve improved and rebuilt urban infrastructure in Eastern Europe and Central Asia to significantly reduce emissions from the building and water sectors – linking climate policy to action.

Support of preparation of FELICITY II contribution to Ukraine Reconstruction Conference Support of regional program management in program implementation and reporting Support of communication and public relation measures Support for the implementation of Gender Action Plan in FELICITY II Support for Monitoring and Evaluation system development and implementation Support for evolution of systemic capacity development approach for FELICITY II

Your profile

You are studying in the fourth semester or higher (also university of applied science) in engineering, economic, social or environmental sciences Interest in integrated approach for climate transformation, especially climate finance Previous engagement in integrated climate, social and economic development organizations Previous experience in financial institutions is considered an asset Openness for learning as well as new topics and approaches Fluent English (mandatory); German and/or Ukrainian (are assets)

We pay a monthly stipend of €2.134,52 (gross).
