Terms of Reference1. General Background
Türkiye continues to host the largest refugee population in the world, providing protection to nearly four million refugees and asylum-seekers. The majority of the refugees and asylum seekers live in urban areas or are integrated into Türkiye’s rural communities, less than 2% live in the Temporary Accommodation Centers in the Southeast.
