Functions
As a Health Insurance Scheme Assistant, you will:
Answer queries from CHIS Members related to the CHIS rules and procedures; refer more complex queries to the CHIS Manager;Present the CHIS to new members of the personnel during the monthly welcome sessions;Ensure the day-to-day secretariat of the CHIS, organising and attending meetings including minutes-taking;Develop and document CHIS processes, official texts and communications including the final form of the CHIS Rules;Manage the publication of the CHIS newsletter (CHIS Bull) liaising with contributors, proof-reading and editing material, sourcing illustrations interacting with related communication services;Assist the CHIS Manager in all CHIS-related activities including key project work and relations with counterparts in other intergovernmental organisations; contribute to the analysis of incurred expenditure and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) performance, and to the simulation of proposals regarding benefits or contributions.Higher administrative diploma or equivalent relevant experience in the field of administration or a related field.
Experience:
Demonstrated relevant experience in an international environment.Proven experience in customer relationship management.Proven experience in editing or producing different types of documents (e.g., correspondence, regulatory texts, brochure, reports) in different format (e.g., paper, electronic, web).Experience in health insurance scheme management or administration would be an advantage.Technical competencies:
