We are currently recruiting six (6) Finance Associate (G6) positions for our WFP Global Payments Solutions Centre in Budapest. The selected candidates will be expected to start their roles from January 2025.

About the role:
The role of Finance Associate is expected to demonstrate responsibility and initiative to respond independently to queries with only general guidance. There is a requirement to use judgment in dealing with unforeseen problems daily.
As a Finance Associate, you will coordinate and provide financial support services. You will be responsible for recording, analyzing and interpretating financial data to ensure the efficient functioning of support services and provide insights for decision-making. Finance Associates provide support in the areas of:
General Accounting: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
Accounts Payable: Support timely and accurate payments.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to financial standards and controls.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Liaise with the GPS processing team, to ensure that all financial services are being performed efficiently and in line with the needs of the wider team.
