Provide strategic guidance on the operationalization of UN2.0 and the Quintet of Change • Advise on effective strategies to promote and integrate UN 2.0 principles—innovation, foresight, data, behavioural science, and digitalization across UNCTs and RCOs. • Assess current regional initiatives and identify opportunities to align Regional Collaborative Platform (RCP) workstreams with UN 2.0 priorities. • Develop targeted outreach approaches to advance understanding and adoption of UN2.0 tools and practices in support of SDG Acceleration and the Pact for the Future. 2. Advise on Knowledge Management and Digital Transformation • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to enhance DCO ROAP knowledge management systems, including streamlining and rationalizing the team’s Sharepoint platform for improved efficiency and usability. • Design and pilot innovative approaches to enhance knowledge sharing, leveraging digital solutions to ensure timely access to tools, data, and regional experience across RCOs. • Facilitate peer-learning processes by curating best practices, case studies, and tools that promote innovation and knowledge transfer at the country level. 3. Facilitate Regional Collaboration and Thematic Networks • Advise on strengthening the Issue-Based Coalition (IBC) on Digitalisation by identifying strategic opportunities for digital transformation initiatives, and policy alignment. • Facilitate coordination of the Asia-Pacific Economist Network, ensuring alignment between regional economic policy dialogues and SDG priorities at the country level. • Promote cross-agency collaboration by facilitating exchanges, fostering peer learning, and ensuring coherence across regional networks. Qualifications/special skillsMaster’s Degree or equivalent Advanced Degree in Development, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Management, or a related field. • Proven expertise in digital transformation, strategic foresight, and knowledge management within the UN system or similar organizations. • Demonstrated ability to operationalize complex frameworks, such as the Quintet of Change, into actionable initiatives. • Experience in capacity-building, communications, and stakeholder engagement at regional and national levels.
