Job Highlight
Donor Stewardship and Fundraising Officer will support the Development Team efforts to secure the financial resources and partnerships needed to advance the objectives and goals of the organization. This position will support the Development Manager and the Program team grow our current annual budget and advance WRI Indonesia’s most critical projects and relationships. The job responsibilities will include prospect research, donor stewardship, monitoring the proposal development process, and internal project and be directly responsible for all internal fundraising data base management (Salesforce software) in the WRI Indonesia office while also support the collective efforts with foundations, corporations, bilateral and multilateral donors, and high net worth individuals.
This position will report directly to the Development Manager and work in conjunction with the WRI Financial team member who will co-manage the Salesforce software. Expected to work from Jakarta with office-flex working arrangement and conduct travel as needed.

Full-time with fixed-term employment agreement up to 31 December 2024 with 3 (three) months of consultancy contract apply before the fixed-term employment agreement started.
What we offer
Must have authorization to work in Indonesia to be eligible for this position.
