The project aims to create jobs and strengthen the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and cooperatives in the light manufacturing according to the principles of inclusivity, productivity and environmental sustainability. Rwanda Development Board (RDB) is a government agency mandated to accelerate Rwanda’s economic development through enabling private sector growth. The institution is also responsible for working in the areas of Investment Promotion and Negotiation, Export & Special Economic Zone Development, Tourism and Conservation, Private Sector Skills Development and Labour Markets interventions (LMI).
