Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of facility management, service management, hospitality management or a related field.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a service provider, overseeing the contractual relationships, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Demonstrated experience working with cleaning companies or cleaning services for large contracts.Experience in continuous improvement or LEAN management would be an asset.Technical competencies:
