    The HR Technology and Analytics Branch - HRMOI is responsible for on-going support to critical HR operational processes through the appropriate provision and application of information, processes and enabling technologies. It is also responsible for the developing of the HR Division Technology strategy and roadmap that will support integrated talent management processes, enable full visibility into our global workforce by deploying a technology solution that integrates people processes, data and intelligence from corporate and satellite systems and databases, and will provide workforce analytics and tools to support evidence-based decision making across people-related processes (in particular workforce planning, recruitment, reassignment and deployment to emergencies).

    ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Reporting directly to the Team Leader of HR Integration, the HR Integration Analyst will be responsible for the following key duties:

    • Support the definition, implementation and testing of the integration between Workday and SAP HR;
    • Support the cut-over, the go-live and post go-live phases of integration roll out by scenario.
    • Prepare business requirements relating to the development of HR Management Information Systems;
    • Analyze integration errors and liaise with stakeholders in business and technical units to seek solutions, identify workarounds and provide guidance to users;
    • Provide expert level troubleshooting and problem-solving.
    • Manage & Monitor live integrations, between workday and SAP, identifying data and technical issues, and escalating as needed.
    • Perform system reconciliation and data analysis as needed,
    • Perform any other duties as required.

      QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

      Education:

      University degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or Business Administration.
