About the Role The Partnership Manager work together with Ashoka Southeast Asia's Diamond Leader as well as other team members working in Purpose I (Family Changemaking movement), Purpose II (Youth Changemaking movement), Spiritual-Inspired Changemaking Initiatives, as well as other emerging programs. They/she/he will actively cultivate partnerships with organizations, businesses, and community groups, enhancing Ashoka Indonesia's visibility and resources. By managing these relationships, the manager ensures partnerships are strategic, sustainable, and aligned with EACH (Everyone a Changemaker) movement, leading to increased support, shared resources, and a broader impact. Lead the development and implementation of partnership strategy that supports Framework Change Team build EACH movement in Southeast Asia with established KPIs and quarterly monitoring. Create documents that are necessary to partnership searching, building, and management; such as one-pager, concept note, presentations, proposals, reports, as well as official letters. Monitor partnership progress, collect data and present data on results to partners in the most effective and attractive ways. Utilize entrepreneurial ability in identifying and engaging potential partners and opportunities to support broadening of Ashoka Indonesia program and activities. Supervise digital content production for Ashoka Indonesia social media and webpage, including LinkedIn and Youtube. Organizing events, workshops, and conferences to promote partnership activities, facilitate networking, and showcase joint initiatives. Including ensuring collaboration on joint promotional activities run smoothly. Adapt Ashoka Global's general communication and partnership materials to Indonesian and South East Asia context in supporting staff to effectively relay EACH vision/strategy. Coordinate and strategize dissemination of Ashoka Indonesia´s program communications and branding to keep existing partners and funders informed as well as making the initiative attractive to new, potential ones. Regularly review local fundraising decks to align EACH messages, quality and branding and make available through Confluence/Sharepoint. Work with the Framework Change team to cultivate, maintain and relationship with key influencers and media partnership to amplify Ashoka’s messaging. Ensure prominent media coverage for Ashoka Indonesia at strategic points in our activity calendar, including organizing press conferences or media visit. Write opinion pieces and participate in presentations, conferences etc. in representation of Ashoka. Support and assist other team members in developing key messages and articles. Required Skills and Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently and under minimal supervision. Minimum 7 years experience managing communication, community, and partnership activities witheither profit or non-profit with proven track record of managing writers, film production, publication, design, social media strategies, as well as media partnerships Excellent English writing skills -- proven by writing samples Experience in leading teams -- either partnership or communication team Ability to deliver an oral presentation in the most effective, succinct, and clear manner Experience in working with diverse age populations and understanding their needs and challenges is an advantage Experience and knowledge in partnership building, avid networker who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships grounded in mutual trust and respect; Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to set clear guidelines, creative briefs, and deadlines Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a non-stop, fast-paced environment.Personal and professional interest in different areas of Ashoka programs, zest for learning and leveraging the latest trends, channels, and tools Strong interest in accelerating the movement building ecosystem across Indonesia Highly desirable: Experience in successful partnership building with public institutions, foundations, corporations, organizations.Foundational knowledge about issues around building partnerships in relation to social innovation and systems change, Entrepreneurial mindset and ability of spotting opportunities. Background in social studies, communication, or similar; A relevant existing network and contacts in the field of systems change to leverage for new partnerships.
