Your responsibilities
Supervise civil engineering works with a focus on Sanitation Network Maintenance:
Handling tickets with requesters;Creating maintenance work orders (ODM) and service orders (OSVC);Measurement checks before validation of invoices for payment;Managing ODM via INFOR;Monitoring activity;Providing activity reports to the CERN Contract Supervisor (Weekly Meetings).More information here: https://sce-dep.web.cern.ch/sam-mandate

Good interpersonal skills;Autonomy and flexibility;Ability to work in a team;Analytical and writing skills;Knowledge of computer tools (Excel, INFOR EAM);Reading plans and analyzing technical documentation;Understanding of the structural elements of stormwater and wastewater networks;Knowledge of oil separators and septic tanks;Fluent in French, the ability to work in English would be an advantage.Eligibility criteria:
You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Civil engineering (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.Applicants without University degree are not eligible.Applicants with a PhD are not eligible.Job closing date: April 14th 2024 at 23:59 CEST.
