Le Programme alimentaire mondial des Nations unies (PAM) est la plus grande agence humanitaire au monde dédiée à la lutte contre la faim dans le monde. La mission du PAM est d'aider le monde à atteindre la faim zéro de notre vivant. Chaque jour, le PAM travaille dans le monde entier pour s'assurer qu'aucun enfant ne se couche le ventre vide et que les plus pauvres et les plus vulnérables, en particulier les femmes et les enfants, puissent avoir accès aux aliments nutritifs dont ils ont besoin.
La République démocratique du Congo (RDC) est confrontée à l'une des plus graves crises de la faim au monde. La faim et les conflits s'exacerbent l'un l'autre, les conflits armés et les déplacements généralisés ayant prévalu au cours des 25 dernières années. De multiples autres crises viennent encore aggraver les défis humanitaires de la RDC. Le Nord-Kivu, le Sud-Kivu et l'Ituri sont les provinces où la guerre et les troubles se sont le plus prolongés. Trois personnes déplacées sur quatre vivent dans des familles d'accueil, dont beaucoup étaient déjà en difficulté avant d'accueillir des étrangers dans le besoin. Le nombre de personnes en situation d'insécurité alimentaire aiguë s'élève à 27 millions, ce qui fait de l'accès à la nourriture une lutte quotidienne pour une grande partie de la population congolaise. On estime à 3,4 millions le nombre d'enfants souffrant de malnutrition aiguë.
Dans le cadre de son Plan stratégique pays (PSP) 2021-2025, le Programme alimentaire mondial en République démocratique du Congo vise à fournir :
OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Mettre en œuvre le plan de communication en soutenant et en réalisant une série d'activités de communication, en effectuant des recherches et des analyses et en établissant des priorités efficacement.
RESPONSABILITÉS :
Sous la supervision du chef de la communication, le photographe/vidéographe sera responsable des tâches suivantes :
FORMATION :
Diplôme universitaire supérieur en journalisme, relations internationales, relations publiques, communication ou autre domaine pertinent, ou premier diplôme universitaire avec des années supplémentaires d'expérience professionnelle et/ou de formations/cours.
EXPÉRIENCE :
Au moins une (1) année d'expérience professionnelle postuniversitaire en journalisme, en relations internationales, en relations publiques, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe, ou un premier diplôme universitaire avec des années supplémentaires d'expérience professionnelle connexe.
CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES :
Langues :
La maîtrise (niveau C) du français et l'aglais, et la connaissance des langues locales est un atout.
