PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):
1. Collecter, trier et diffuser le courrier, des rapports et d'autres documents pour répondre aux exigences du personnel en respectant les normes de délai en vigueur.
2. Répondre à des questions courantes simples avec l'appui de membres du personnel expérimentés chaque fois que nécessaire et faire remonter certains points au niveau supérieur le cas échéant, afin de traiter les demandes d'information avec rapidité et précision.
3. Aider à la gestion des dossiers, des documents et des archives des bureaux conformément aux systèmes et procédures en place, de sorte que les informations soient tenues à jour et consultables sans délai par le personnel.
4. Effectuer les tâches courantes de saisie des données conformément aux systèmes définis pour s'assurer que les informations sont organisées et consultables sans délai.
5. Aider à la création d'images ou d'informations simples au moyen de modèles normalisés, comme des graphiques ou des tableaux, pour aider le personnel à rédiger des rapports.
NIVEAU DE QUALIFICATION ET D’EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE MINIMAL REQUIS:
Formation: Achèvement des études secondaires. Un certificat ou diplôme en Administration, Sécrétariat, Gestion ou autre domaine pertinent est un atout avec une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans le domaine.
Expérience professionnelle:
Au moins deux ans d'expérience du travail administratif. Connaissances et compétences:
Aptitude à utiliser du matériel standard de bureau, comme des photocopieuses et des scanneurs.
Aptitude à suivre les processus et les procédures standard d'aide à la gestion.
Connaissance des progiciels standard de bureautique, comme Microsoft Word.
Aptitude à communiquer des informations avec tact et courtoisie.
Souci du détail.
Connaissances linguistiques: maîtrise de la langue (parlée et écrite) du francais
