Associate Specialist, HR Reporting & Analytics - GL C
Reporting to the Lead, HR Operational Excellence, the Associate Specialist, HR Reporting & Analytics overall owns the design, development and execution of insightful HR data report. They act as the subject matter expert for the design and interpretation of HR data models, enabling the Global Fund to leverage data and analytics to apply data driven decisions.
The Associate Specialist, HR Reporting & Analytics is responsible for:
• Compiling and reviewing people-data and improving the reporting provision across the organization, ensuring data accuracy, as well as compliance with data protection regulations and requirements, acting as the main point of contact for all people analytics and people-data reporting matters across the organization
• Delivering proactive information to business line managers and HR management team to support business decisions
• Driving and supporting the transition of the staff (HR and business) people analytics capability from ad-hoc reporting into an added value, predictive and trend focus approach
• Leverage data analytics to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of key strategic HR projects and processes
• Maintain data security and user-access management
