CONTEXTE ADMINISTRATIF:
Ce poste est à pourvoir au niveau du sous-bureau PAM de Paoua. Le/La titulaire relève de l’Adjoint(e) au Programme (M&E) PAM du sous-bureau de Paoua.
À ce niveau, le/la titulaire de l’emploi concerné assume la responsabilité de la bonne mise en œuvre de diverses procédures et activités spécialisées ou normalisées nécessitant de lui/d’elle qu'il/elle interprète dans une certaine mesure les orientations et pratiques standard à sa disposition. Il/Elle doit pouvoir recommander des lignes d’action à ses collègues à divers échelons et peut assigner des tâches à d’autres membres du personnel d’appui. Il/Elle travaille sous une supervision minimale, effectue des analyses simples et établit des rapports, afin d'assurer la cohérence des informations et la bonne exécution des programmes et des projets.

Mettre en œuvre des procédures et des activités spécialisées ou normalisées relatives aux politiques et aux programmes pour aider à mener des programmes d'assistance de manière efficace.

Peut, sous la direction d'un ou d'une responsable, faciliter l'exécution de programmes d'assistance alimentaire, en utilisant sa connaissance élémentaire des principes et des bonnes pratiques en matière de conception, de mise en œuvre et de suivi des programmes.
Modalités de transfert (produits alimentaires, espèces, bons):
Se montre capable, sous la direction d'un ou d'une responsable, de faciliter l'exécution de programmes d'assistance alimentaire dans le cadre desquels la gamme complète des modalités de transfert est utilisée, en s'appuyant sur sa compréhension des principes élémentaires qui guident le choix et la mise en œuvre des modalités.
Connaissance des domaines spécialisés:
Comprend les concepts et les données techniques élémentaires ainsi que leur pertinence pour les programmes d'assistance alimentaire.
Programmes d'urgence:
Se montre capable de contribuer à l'élaboration, à la mise en œuvre et au réajustement de programmes d'urgence efficaces.
Collaboration stratégique avec les gouvernements:
Comprend et applique les principes élémentaires de la collaboration avec les interlocuteurs gouvernementaux au niveau national et local.
EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉE:
NIVEAU D’ÉTUDES MINIMAL REQUIS:
Formation:
Achèvement des études secondaires. Un certificat d’études post-secondaires dans le domaine fonctionnel considéré est souhaitable.
Connaissances linguistiques : Maîtrise (niveau C) du français et connaissance intermédiaire (niveau B) en anglais.
