Purpose of the job

The Assistant Analyst, Digital Projects will provide support to an EBRD project that is delivering a new corporate website, staff intranet and associated technology platforms.

This is a hybrid working role, with the Assistant Analyst expected to spend a minimum of 2.5 days a week in our London office with the option to work remotely at other times. The candidate must be available (London-based and with clearance to work) to start a contract that begins on 3/2/2025.

A four-month contract is offered.

The Assistant Analyst will support the project with a broad set of general duties including:

· Coordinating content migration and the launch of website and intranet

· Using and helping to develop the multiple software systems behind these platforms

· Preparing text, image, video and audio content for publication

· Liaising with stakeholders across the business to coordinate content requirements and manage their involvement in the project

· Acting as expert in the new systems, helping to train others and coordinate training sessions and change management activities

· Performing tests / quality checks across systems and content

· Acting as ambassador for the project, helping to inform others and raise awareness as needed

· Managing the capture and analysis of, and carrying out action points based on, web analytics derived from the platforms

· Carrying out core web management tasks such as use of webmaster tools, application of SEO best practice, enforcement of content governance and others

· All adhoc tasks as needed by the project

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications

· Extensive experience of using Adobe DXP suite - Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Target, Analytics

· Awareness and understanding of the EBRD's mission / mandate and key operational processes and structure

· Excellent attention to detail in all areas of work

· High level of technological competence; this is not a developer / technical role but calls for a candidate with strong aptitude for using and learning digital platforms and enthusiasm for the potential of technology to support corporate business communications

· Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a broad range of colleagues and external parties

· Experience of working in a communications or PR agency or department

· Experience of working in an environment where regulatory / compliance considerations impacted the work undertaken

· Experience of a project where an Agile project management approach was taken

· Experience of large-scale software content migration tasks

· Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image-editing tools

· Enthusiasm for using websites and digital channels to communicate ideas and showcase business impact

· A highly collaborative approach and willingness to work within a close-knit team, whilst also being able to work independently where needed

· Excellent communications skills and written English

· Ability to operate consistently within business guidelines and ethics and work sensitively in multicultural environments, building effective working relations with colleagues and external contacts

· Resilience and calmness when working under pressure, managing multiple tasks and responding to changing priorities in a sometimes-unpredictable project environment

· Analytical mindset and capacity to problem-solve and contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes

· Flexibility to work additional on-site days as needed and adapt to working hours that facilitate collaboration with colleagues in different time zones

· Valuable but non-essential additional extra skills and experiences would include

o Fluency in additional languages, particularly any from the EBRD's region of operations

o Experience of working with offshore web development teams

o Use of data visualisation platforms
