Under the direct supervision of the Senior Treasury Project Officer, the successful candidate will serve as the focal technical and functional point of contact for TSY-managed applications, including FinCoorP, TSY RPA solutions, and centrally managed banking platforms. The successful candidate will also involve supporting the Bank Mandate project, conducting annual e-banking reviews, and providing first-line support to local offices using the IOM straight-through payment solution, in collaboration with members of the Treasury Project team. The successful candidate will be a member of the Treasury Projects Team, working closely with the Treasury Team in HQ and Manila, IOM administrative units, and local offices to support the end users utilising Treasury related solutions.

  1. Support the Bank Mandate Harmonization Project by working alongside the Treasury Middle Officer to review and implement the standardization of bank records for local signatories. Verify that updates are reflected in IOM’s e-banking solutions. 
  2. Conduct an annual global review of e-banking users to assess whether their roles and access align with IOM’s internal e-banking rules. 
  3. Coordinate the daily monitoring of electronic bank statements sent to TMS (COUPA) and FIS TRAX (DHOTS), facilitating timely publication to Oracle for bank reconciliation. Collaborate with the Treasury Technical team to investigate and resolve missing statements or technical issues. 
  4. Coordinate the management of User requests submitted via Treasury’s ticketing service to achieve timely resolution. 
  5. Act as a technical administrator of a Treasury Management System (TMS) to support application maintenance and application releases. 
  6. Act as a technical and functional support for existing RPA processes. 
  7. Act as a focal point for all technical and functional requirements related to Treasury service items managed in IOM's Ticketing solution (FinCoorP). 
  8. Provide first line support to local offices utilizing the IOM straight-through payment solution alongside the members of the Treasury Project team supporting the IOM Payment Hub solution. 
  9. Provide first line support to users utilising centrally managed banking solutions and the Treasury management system (COUPA). 
  10. Support required Oracle configuration (Payment Templates/Approver set up) linked to IOM Payment solution (FIS TRAX). 
  11. Manage the invoice administration for TSY Solutions/tools in Oracle. 
  12. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education

  13. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Financial Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with four (4) years of relevant professional experience; or, 
High School diploma with six (6) years of relevant experience.

Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.

 

Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on experience related to administration of Ticketing tool and or Treasury/banking applications.Experience in providing 1st line of support to users.

Skills

Knowledge of COUPA and FIS applications such as TRAX are advantageous.Good knowledge of payment process and required data requirements related to payment processing (SEPA, international, ACH) within a country. Preferred knowledge in treasury divisions and core activities.Preferred Functional experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation).Prior exposure to Coupa management system, FIS TRAX and Oracle Cloud is advantageous.

Languages

For this position, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of a second official UN language is desirable.
