Project Management Assistant provides a wide range of experienced administrative/logistical/technical support to the project team throughout the planning and implementation of the ICMPD's flagship initiative on establishment and maintenance of the Ukrainian Community and Consultations Centres, in particular, in Sweden.
Currently more than 4 million Ukrainian displaced persons received temporary protection in the European Union. To cover the needs of the displaced persons related to their legal status in EU, integration in local communities, as well as to prepare for potential return and reintegration, ICMPD, in cooperation with its Member States, established several Ukrainian Community and Consultation Centres (UCCC) in EU MS.
The position of the Project Management Assistant is being established to provide administrative, logistical and technical support to the activities, related to establishment of UCCC in Sweden, provision of consultations and other support services in UCCC. The Project Management Assistant works closely with the ICMPD's project teams working on similar issues in other EU MS.
The Project Management Assistant position is established in EECA Regional Office in Vienna; s/he works under the overall supervision of the Project Manager.
For this post knowledge of English and Ukrainian languages is required.
