The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is an international organisation with 21 Member States and over 60 projects active throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, the Mediterranean and the Silk Routes Region that promotes innovative, comprehensive, and sustainable migration policies. As part of its Silk Routes Region portfolio, ICMPD is currently supporting the Government of Pakistan in the area of integrated border management.
Under the supervision of the National Project Manager in Islamabad, and in coordination with the project teams in Islamabad and at the headquarters in Vienna, the Project Management Assistant will support the smooth implementation of activities carried out in the framework of multiple integrated border management projects implemented in Pakistan. This includes overseeing event planning, logistical support and operations in line with ICMPD and donor requirements, drafting correspondence, and contributing to programme reporting.
Proven experience with enterprise resource planning software such as SAP is an asset.
Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
