About this position
The Cash Management and Settlement Group (TRY/CMS) is looking for a dynamic and innovative professional who will help us change people’s lives in Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting the group to coordinate, manage, monitor, execute, and service the daily operational activities related to Bonds and Swaps Documentation.
What you’ll do:
Process ISDA Confirmations, Bond Documentations and Bond Definitions for funding and investment activities and coordinate, collaborate, and monitor tasks and timing with our Counterparties, Lead Managers, External and Internal Legal Counsel, and our INV, TCS, ALM, and FND Front Offices to ensure the control and processing of all required conditions and documentation. Review, track, and validate IDB Bond’s Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements, and Prospectus, including long-term and short-term borrowing, i.e., Discount Notes. Review and analyze all documents related to Bond Issuances, Swaps, Credit Support Annex, Pricing Supplements. Perform pre-settlement and post-settlement reconciliation/investigation of payments associated with Bond Issuances, Discount Notes, Asset Swaps, Money Markets, Repos, options and futures. Support the day-to-day back-office clearance, confirmation, and settlement tasks related to Securities and Non-Security transactions for Investment and Funding activities in several currencies.What you'll need
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law. Experience: At least two years of relevant experience with multi-currency, Capital Markets, fixed-income securities, and Derivatives treasury operations. Experience with international markets, ISDA, Markitwire, FedLine, Swift, Summit, EZ Share, capital markets software, and international clearing systems is preferred. Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish.Key skills
