A PROPOS DU POSTE DE CST - Chargé(e) de la Préparation et de la Réponse aux Urgences (TEC) DU PAM
Ce poste est basé à Bujumbura et relève du/de la Chargé(e) de la Transformation Digitale.
OBJECTIF DU POSTE
Fournir, entre autres, un appui technique spécialisé efficace et des analyses techniques aux activités de renforcement de capacités des partenaires gouvernementaux, en l’occurrence avec les membres de la Plateforme Nationale de Prévention des Risques et de la Gestion des Catastrophes (PNPRGC) regroupant les parties prenantes de la GRC et les autres ministères-clés en GRC tels que le Ministère de l’Intérieur, le Ministère de la Communication, des Technologies de l’Information et des Médias, … pour l’opérationnalisation de la salle de veille de Burundi.
L’Emergency Preparedness & Responce Officer sera affecté au bureau de Burundi, basé à Bujumbura, et sera chargé de continuer à soutenir, entre autres, les services de préparation aux urgences en Télécommunications et/ou de digitalisation pour le gouvernement national et d'autres parties prenantes clés.
De plus, il/elle coordonnera la mise en place de centres d’apprentissage numérique destinés à renforcer l’inclusion économique des personnes réfugiées et des communautés hôtes et contribuera au renforcement des capacités numériques pour la mise en place des systèmes de retour et feedback communautaires dans les camps.

QUALIFICATIONS STANDARD MINIMALES REQUISES
FORMATION : Diplôme d’ingénieur en télécommunication ou en informatique ou en gestion de projet, diplôme universitaire avec au moins 3 années supplémentaires d’expérience professionnelle dans les domaines IT, de gestion de projet, de règlementation IT, et de partenariat avec le Gouvernement.
EXPÉRIENCE :
CONNAISSANCES & COMPÉTENCES :
LANGUE : Maîtrise de la langue française. La maitrise de l’anglais est un atout.
