This position will be based in Belize and is contingent upon award. Position Summary The Team Leader provides strategic leadership, management, and technical direction for the program, ensuring an integrated vision across all components to achieve high-impact results. As the primary liaison with MCA-Belize, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology (MoECST), and other key stakeholders, the Team Lead proactively identifies and mitigates implementation risks, making timely program adjustments as needed. Proven experience as a Project Director, Team Lead, Deputy Chief of Party, Chief of Party, or equivalent, with a strong record of successfully managing large, multifaceted teams. Demonstrated expertise in two or more of the following areas: teacher training and development, school administration, pre-service teacher training, curriculum development, or education policy development. Demonstrated skills in leadership, effective organizational development, partnership building, management, team building, and communication.
