For more information on UNODC, please visit www.unodc.org ResponsibilitiesWithin delegated authority, the Team Assistants will be responsible for managing and organizing the program's administrative and procurement processes to ensure compliance with program commitments, following UNODC rules and procedures with the following specific duties: Budget and Finance • Provide support and manage petty cash processes for the program's regional offices, ensuring control and monitoring thereof. • Track invoices and payment processes related to the program. General Administration • Provide support and manage the program's own procurement processes. • Assist with managing receipts of program services in accordance with procurement processes. • Operate a variety of office equipment in the performance of basic office functions, e.g. photocopier, facsimile, printer, scanner, etc. • Keep the program's physical and digital files up to date and organized. • Assist with the collection and analysis of data as well as preparation of data presentations and reports for information sharing, responding to queries, knowledge management, planning and decision making. • Support the design of administrative control and follow-up methodologies, which contribute to the timely management of the Program's processes for the fulfillment of the objectives. • Monitor and keep these files up to date for all of the unit's operational processes. • Carry out field missions, following the protocols established by the United Nations System. • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
