The Site Management Assistant is a member of NRC’s Site Management Team. The purpose of the assistant position is to assist in the day-to-day implementation of the Site Management project.

Specific responsibilities
Daily engagement with Site Managers, community committees, and other service providers, including organizing and holding meetings, ensuring compliance with safe and inclusive programming principles.Assist in defining the methods of community participation that ensure the greatest possible participation of vulnerable groups.Assist in capacity building of Site Management Committees, community groups etc.Support the preparation of appropriate training materials as needed.Help conducting recreational activities, site cleaning campaigns, distributions, community-based projects, awareness raising and any other project activities.Conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection through surveys, key informant interviews and focus group discussions to identify community needs and gaps, reducing duplications in the field.Ensure coordination and communication with service providers and other stakeholders on gap filling, arising needs and referrals.Assist the team in identifying and responding to the emergency cases.Prepare procurement request, payment request for non-contract staff and ensure project documents are collected and saved offline and online using Office 365, OneDrive and SharePoint in line with project agreements.Participate in any other related activity in coordination with the supervisor.Critical interfaces

Native Arabic speaker.Good command in English is an advantage.Knowledge of the Gaza context.Ability to work in a cross-cultural setting.Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast - changing field dynamics.
