    JOB PURPOSE


    To ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and general upkeep of indoor and outdoor shared spaces, including the compound office and meeting room, while also supporting basic gardening tasks.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive):

    • Clean and disinfect administrative workspaces, meeting rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and toilets.

    • Support cleaning and setting out of houses before the arrival of new tenants.

    • Clean windows and glass doors, and lavatory fixtures

    • Clean and tidy outdoor common spaces, including patios, walkways, and pool areas.

    • Empty and sanitize waste bins and ensure proper trash disposal.

    • Keep track of cleaning supplies and request when supplies are low.

    • Collect and properly dispose of garden waste.

    • Assist in watering, weeding, and planting.

    • Operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and sprinklers.

    • Apply fertilizers and pesticides as directed, in accordance with safety and environmental standards.

    • Act and support in other cleaning and gardening-related activities that may be required for the compound.

      QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


      Education: Completion of secondary school education.
      Experience: Two or more years of related experience in handling cleaning tools and products.
