University degree in electronics engineering or equivalent. Experience in logistics management, systems engineering (SE) and life cycle management (LCM) of complex defence systems in a sizeable organisation. Broad knowledge of modern Air C2 and Communications systems and their underlying network technology, including hardware and soft-/firmware aspects. Practical experience in network troubleshooting, systems’ acceptance testing and security accreditation. Very good knowledge and understanding of military Voice Communication Systems (VCS), to include HF/UHF/VHF radios, modern Radio Management Systems and the respective networks associated with national and NATO Air C2 systems. Knowledge of the NATO Integrated Air and Missile Defence System (NATINAMDS) and related common and national Air C2 and VCS capabilities. NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
