University degree or equivalent professional qualification, from accredited establishment, in business administration, management, public administration or other relevant discipline. Experience in an executive staff level position within a national or international organisation. Very good knowledge of NSPA Operations and their inter-relationship to NATO and other national or international organisations. Experience in using project management methods and tools. NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable. POST DETAILS
