ICRISAT seeks applications from dynamic Indian Nationals for the position of Senior Manager/Manager ? Business HR for their global operations in Asia and Africa. This position will be based at ICRISAT?s Headquarters in Patancheru, Hyderabad, India. The position will report to the Director ? Human Resources.

Skills and Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of the following skills, knowledge, experience, and personal characteristics:
Ability to conceptualize human resources practices and benchmark them against industry best practices.
Ability to analyse complex data, carry out and explain computations or to resolve complex problems.
Provides inputs into decisions making on complex problems.
Proven capability of delivery in a large multi-cultural and multi-location organization.
Experience in designing and implementing successful change management programs.
Proactive and achievement oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated expertise in written and oral communications in English.
Knowledge of any local/regional language may be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Experience
Post Graduate Diploma /MBA in Human Resources
Work experience of at least 10 years in Human Resources Management with at least 7 years in a business partnership or similar role. Experience in leadership roles and people management will be preferred.
General:
This is Contractual position initially for a period of three years (36 months) renewable based on the performance of the incumbent and the institute?s continuing need for the position.
