Unit Context: 
ITS Finance accelerates information and technology as a force multiplier supporting WBG core finance and risk while enabling increased financial operations agility through a range of robust, flexible financing instruments and facilities for WBG private and public sector clients.  We collaborate closely with our business partners to be a leading developmental financial institution that continues to deepen and sustain developmental impact.
Duties and accountabilities:
• Lead the Front Office stream in the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of the Murex platform.• Configure and optimize FX, Money Market (MM), Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD), Bonds, and Securities Finance modules within Murex.• Work closely with traders, risk managers, and business analysts to capture requirements and translate them into technical configurations.• Manage and enhance Pricing, Valuation, Market Data, Deal life cycle and Simulation Views modules to support front-office activities and decision-making.• Ensure accurate market data setup and consistency across Murex environments.• Perform impact assessments for new product setups and system changes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Back Office, Finance, IT) to ensure end-to-end trade lifecycle integrity.

Selection Criteria

• A Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in treasury systems, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Murex configuration experience.• Good understanding of project management approaches and, ideally, projects implemented under the Agile Framework.• Strong understanding of Forex, Money Markets, Derivatives, Bonds, and Securities Finance products, including their pricing, events and valuation concepts.• In-depth knowledge of Murex Pre-trades, e-trade pad, Market Data, and Simulation modules.• Very good experience in defining and calibrating Interest rate curves with different instruments.• Experience with trade capture, product configuration, and pricing setup in Murex Front Office.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot configuration and pricing issues.
