Handicap International / Humanit\u00e9 & Inclusion (HI) est une association de solidarit\u00e9 internationale ind\u00e9pendante et impartiale, qui intervient dans les situations de pauvret\u00e9 et d\u2019exclusion, de conflits et de catastrophes. \u0152uvrant aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des personnes handicap\u00e9es et vuln\u00e9rabilis\u00e9es, elle agit et t\u00e9moigne pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins essentiels et am\u00e9liorer leurs conditions de vie. Elle s\u2019engage \u00e0 promouvoir le respect de leur dignit\u00e9 et de leurs droits fondamentaux. Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 1982, HI a mis en place des programmes de d\u00e9veloppement dans plus de 60 pays et intervient dans de nombreuses situations d\u2019urgence. Aujourd'hui, nous avons un budget d'environ 255 millions d'euros, avec 4794 employ\u00e9s dans le monde.

CONTEXTE :
Dans sa Strat\u00e9gie, le secteur R\u00e9adaptation de HI a plac\u00e9 le D\u00e9veloppement de la Petite Enfance (DPE) comme une priorit\u00e9 majeure. Plusieurs outils et approches innovants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s ou sont en cours d\u2019\u00e9laboration. Nous souhaitons les structurer et formaliser une approche commune, en collaboration avec les \u00e9quipes HI et les partenaires de terrain. En lien avec les unit\u00e9s Sant\u00e9, \u00c9ducation et Protection, rejoignez l\u2019\u00e9quipe R\u00e9adaptation (20 personnes) pour mener ce travail de compilation, conceptualisation et pr\u00e9parer le contenu ainsi que la m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019un s\u00e9minaire d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 cette th\u00e9matique.
OBJECTIFS DU POSTE :
En tant qu\u2019Analyste sp\u00e9cialiste en r\u00e9adaptation de la petite enfance,
1. Vous organisez et pr\u00e9parez le contenu\u202f:
\u00b7 Compilation des approches et outils internes et externes relatifs au d\u00e9veloppement de la petite enfance
\u00b7 Formalisation des intersections entre ces approches et outils
2. Vous assurez la pr\u00e9paration du s\u00e9minaire\u202f:
\u00b7 Elaboration des Termes de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u202f: objectifs, r\u00e9sultats attendus, p\u00e9riode....
\u00b7 Identification du programme h\u00f4te
\u00b7 Pr\u00e9paration du contenu, fil rouge et programmation des communications, identification des intervenants internes et externes.
Pr\u00e9paration des techniques d\u2019animation adapt\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9sultats attendus\u00b7 Contact avec les points focaux des pays concern\u00e9s
\u00b7 Identifier si un stagiaire est n\u00e9cessaire pour la gestion et le suivi et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, r\u00e9daction du cahier des charges
3. Potentielle participation au s\u00e9minaire.
ACCESSIBILITE DU LIEU DE TRAVAIL :
Les locaux sont facilement accessibles en transports en commun (bus, m\u00e9tro). Un parking voitures et un parc \u00e0 v\u00e9los sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 disposition. Au sein du b\u00e2timent, des rampes d'acc\u00e8s et ascenseurs garantissent une meilleure circulation. Tous les postes de travail sont situ\u00e9s en Open Space mais des box sont disponibles \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tage pour travailler dans le calme si n\u00e9cessaire. L\u2019espace de travail est tr\u00e8s lumineux.
Une r\u00e9f\u00e9rente handicap est pr\u00e9sente pour r\u00e9pondre aux \u00e9ventuelles questions et vous accompagner dans vos d\u00e9marches. En fonction de vos besoins, le poste peut \u00eatre am\u00e9nag\u00e9.

JOB CONTEXT:
In its Technical strategy, HI's Rehabilitation sector has made Early Childhood Development (ECD) a major priority. In this framework, a number of innovative tools and approaches have been developed, or are in the process of being developed. These need to be organized and a common approach formalized, to be discussed with the field partners and HI teams concerned.
In coordination with the other concerned units of HI (Health Unit, Education, Protection), the analyst will be responsible for carrying out this compilation and conceptualization work, and then for organizing the content and methodology of a dedicated seminar.
YOUR MISSION:
As analyst specialist in Rehabilitation and Early Childhood, 1. You organize / create:
\u00b7 Compilation of internal and external approaches and tools relating to early childhood development
\u00b7 Formalize the intersections between these approaches and tools
2. You prepare the seminar:
\u00b7 Drawing up Terms of Reference: objectives, expected results, period....
\u00b7 Identification of the host program
\u00b7 Preparing the content, theme and schedule of presentations, identifying internal and external speakers.
\u00b7 Preparation of presentation techniques adapted to the various expected results
\u00b7 Contact with the focal points in the countries concerned
3. Potential participation in the seminar.

Based in Lyon, the position is located in Open Space, boxes are available for more quiet if necessary and the work space is very bright. The position is easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). A parking lot is also available. Concerning the building, elevators and access ramps are available.

\u00b7 Dans l\u2019id\u00e9al vous \u00eates un\u00b7e professionnel\u00b7le exp\u00e9riment\u00e9\u00b7e en r\u00e9adaptation, avec une sp\u00e9cialisation dans le D\u00e9veloppement de la Petite Enfance.
\u00b7 Vous justifiez d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience clinique solide en tant qu\u2019ergoth\u00e9rapeute, kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute ou psychomotricien\u00b7ne, et vous avez d\u00e9montr\u00e9 votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 analyser, conceptualiser, synth\u00e9tiser, planifier et animer des d\u00e9marches techniques et collaboratives. Une connaissance de nos terrains d\u2019intervention est un atout.

YOUR PROFILE:
Ideally, you are an experienced rehabilitation professional with a specialization in Early Childhood Development. You have a strong clinical background as an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or psychomotor therapist, and you have demonstrated your ability to analyze, conceptualize, synthesize, plan, and lead technical and collaborative initiatives. Familiarity with our areas of intervention is an asset. You are comfortable working in a multicultural environment. You are fluent in both French and English.Benefits
