A Master’s level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years' post-related experience in a governmental, inter-governmental or military environment. Acceptable alternatives: Bachelor’s level qualification with 8 years' post-related experience in a governmental, inter-governmental or military environment, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience. Related experience in a governmental, intergovernmental or military environment. Good knowledge of maritime acquisition and lifecycle management best practices in Industry and NATO or national environments. Proven experience in maritime project management, including experience as project manager for sizeable complex acquisition projects in a national/international environment. Recognised Programme Management and Project Management Certification [e.g. Managing Successful Programmes, PRINCE2®, Project Management Professional (PMP®)], or International Project Management Association (IPMA®)]. NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
