University degree in a relevant field of study or relevant experience (e.g. Business Management). Good knowledge of NATO Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model, NATO Security Investment Program (NSIP) and procurement practices. Very good understanding of NSPA's role within NATO, particularly NSPA’s role in development, delivery and in-service support of common funded capabilities. Recognised Programme Management and Project Management Certification [e.g. Managing Successful Programmes, PRINCE2®, Project Management Professional (PMP)], or International Project Management Association (IPMA). Knowledge of defence/general resource management related to acquisition, equipment and logistics support activities. NATO's two official languages are English and French. The work of this post is mainly conducted in English, therefore fluency in that language is essential and working knowledge of French is desirable. WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Basic monthly salary: EUR 10 545.80, tax free. (Definite Duration) This position is required for a limited time and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract until 31 December 2027.
