The Protection Specialist position responsibilities include technical development of the Protection from Violence (PfV) Core Competency (CC), strategic direction and quality assurance, the PfV plan, and quality control. The protection specialist is in responsible for staff mentoring, training, and capacity development, as well as contributing actively in advocacy, program design, and proposal development for the CC's fundraising efforts. Furthermore, the protection Specialist co-leads Somalia's national Protection Cluster in collaboration with the lead agency, UNHCR. What you will do

Moreover, NRC has been actively extending its operations to additional hard-to-reach areas, further expanding its humanitarian reach.
