Based in ICMPD Türkiye Representation, Interdisciplinary Portfolio works with several stakeholders such as policy makers, universities, law enforcement agencies, local authorities, civil society, academia and the private sector; and deals with promoting multilateral collaboration and facilitating dialogue through regional cooperation to help development of a comprehensive response to the challenges faced in migration management; migration policy making and data analysis to support the evidence-based policy framework and ensure proactive response to the new developments in the region and implement other cross-cutting including enhancing communication and information rovision endavours of migration management authorities that complement the projects implemented by other portfolios.

The Project Management Assistant will work under the supervision of the Project Officer and is responsible for the supporting the project activities under BEURs project that has the overall objective of improving access to higher education and transition to self-reliance through decent employment opportunities for Syrian students under temporary protection, students under international protection and students from the host society in Türkiye.

Good understanding and experience in organizing project operations, including administrative tasks and experience in supporting event organization Knowledge and understanding of migration issues in general is an assetExperience in education projects with universities, NGOs and other relevant stakeholders is an asset.
