    A PROPOS DE LA POSITION :

    Ce poste est basé au bureau de pays (CO) du PAM au Burkina Faso, au sein de l’unité Programme. Le titulaire exercera ses fonctions sous la supervision d’un Chargé de Programme occupant un poste de niveau supérieur.

    Il sera responsable de la gestion d’un portefeuille d’activités de complexité modérée, pouvant inclure la contribution et/ou la gestion directe du Cycle de Partenariat Coopérant. Il participera également à l’élaboration des politiques et à la fourniture de conseils techniques dans le domaine du Programme. Travaillant avec une grande autonomie dans son domaine d’expertise, il pourra également encadrer une équipe importante composée de professionnels juniors et de personnel de soutien.

    LE ROLE

    Sous la supervision du Chef de l’unité CP Management, assurer la gestion opérationnelle bout à bout du cycle de vie de partenariats coopérants (ONG et Service Techniques du Gouvernement) en conformité avec les règles et procédures du PAM
