    This position provides support for the planning, coordinating, and overseeing monitoring functions for tracking efficiency and effectiveness of the CSP programme implementation and to manage grievance support for programme activities in the CO. The position will support process and output monitoring to regularly determine programme efficiency and support programmatic decisions. This is based on the regular collection of programme implementation data and related reports on the implementation progress and programming efficiency.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive):


    1. Provide technical support and assist in the development and implementation of various activities and processes within the specific area of work supporting

    Under the overall guidance of Research Assessment and Monitoring (RAM) Unit Head in Cox’s Bazar and direct supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer in Cox’s Bazar. the Staff Member will be responsible for the following duties:

    1. Contribute towards grievance mechanism for WFP direct implementation programmes based on the needs and priorities of the programme ensuring alignment with wider programme policies and guidance.
    2. Contribute on the preparation of programme reports (donor and corporate), provide technical inputs and feedback to the concerned programme units to ensure the quality of output and outcome reporting within the specific technical area.
    3. Contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely reporting and visualization (e.g dashboard) of process monitoring findings to enable informed decision making and consistency of information presented to stakeholders
    4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to set up a system, tools and related support to programme units and field offices to ensure regular reporting of progress on programme implementation by WFP and CPs
    5. Support and build capacity of sub-office staff for gathering, assembling and organizing process monitoring data, reporting on monitoring findings and corrective actions.
    6. Support planning, monitoring and coordination for operationalization of WFP Complain and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) to facilitate Beneficiary Grievance and inter-agency referral system
    7. Other as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Education: Completion of a University Degree (Bachelors) in Business Administration or any relevant subject.

    Experience: At least 6 years of solid & responsible work experience in monitoring and evaluation in related experience in Complain and Feedback Mechanism (CFM).

    Language: Fluency in spoken and written both in English and Bangla language.
