Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position is assigned to the Results Management and Aid Effectiveness Division (SPRA) within the Strategy, Policy, and Partnerships Department (SPD).
You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. You will report to the Director, SPRA and will oversee Local Staff.
Your Role
As a Principal Results Management Specialist, you will lead the implementation of the Corporate Results Framework (CRF) 2025–2030, ensuring that it measures progress toward achieving goals articulated in ADB's Strategy 2030 and its midterm review. You will lead the institutionalization of results-based management by strengthening linkages between operational activities and development outcomes, coordinate ADB-wide reforms and actions to address development effectiveness and operational performance challenges, and the external engagement and partnership building with bilateral and multilateral development partners.

Master's degree or equivalent in public administration, economics, development studies, or related fields. A Bachelor's degree combined with substantial specialized experience may be considered. At least 12 years of relevant professional experience in results management, development effectiveness, or related fields, with a strong understanding of multilateral development bank (MDB) operations. Expertise in results-based management, including the design and implementation of corporate results frameworks. Familiarity with ADB's corporate strategy, operational priorities, and institutional reforms. Experience working in direct cross-functional teams and manage complex institutional reforms. Excellent oral and written skills in English. International experience working in diverse country contexts.
