Complete secondary school or equivalent education or relevant professional experience. Experience in logistics techniques normally acquired as a Technician after seven to ten years at the Agency or in a similar organisation. Very good knowledge of SAP preferably acquired as a SAP-super user or a highly qualified SAP user at the Agency or in a similar organisation. Ability and willingness to work in a multi-functional team. Proficiency in written communication. Very good knowledge of the Agency’s enterprise software (SAP) system, especially of the SAP logistics modules and their application. Willingness to be trained and ability to learn on-going processes and methods developed by the Programme Office and the Agency. Good communication skills and a sense of diplomacy when dealing with persons inside and outside the Agency at all levels and of different nationalities. Interest in maintaining personal proficiency and skills and keeping current on technological advances. Ability to study individual cases and carry out complex administrative or logistics tasks with a minimum of supervision. Ability to formulate recommendations and suggestions within the functional area. Ability to exercise an independent judgement and initiative within the parameters of the role and responsibilities assigned. Ability to work as a member of a cohesive team for the efficient accomplishment of defined processes and tasks. NATO's two official languages are English and French. Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 177.55, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions. Deployment will be expected to specified areas in support of approved operations/missions throughout the contractual period. HOW TO APPLY?
