The Green Climate Fund ( “GCF” or “the Fund”) is a multilateral fund created to make a significant and ambitious contribution to the global efforts towards combatting climate change. The Fund contributes to the achievement of the ultimate objective of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). In the context of sustainable development, the Fund promotes the paradigm shift towards low-emission and climate-resilient development pathways by providing support to developing countries to limit or reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and to adapt to the impacts of climate change, considering the needs of those developing countries particularly vulnerable to the adverse effects of climate change.
The Fund is governed by a Board, composed of an equal number of members from developed and developing countries and is operated by an independent Secretariat headed by an Executive Director.
The Fund seeks to engage the Oracle HCM Consultant to join its team at headquarters in Songdo, Republic of Korea, for six months. The assignment is for an intial 120 days over a six-month period.

GCF is excited to announce the upcoming implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing our HR operations and overall business efficiency. As part of this strategic development, we are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of Oracle HCM modules within our organization.
The Oracle HCM Consultant will be an integral member of the Oracle HCM Project team and will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external Oracle implementation partners. The scope of the project includes the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, playing a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Oracle HCM modules within the organization, contributing to enhanced HR operations and overall business efficiency.

Required experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. At least 5 years of Oracle HCM experience; Experience with Oracle PaaS and other HRIS applications would be an asset. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. PMP, Prince 2 or similar project management certification is preferred. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.Applications from women and nationals of developing countries are strongly encouraged.
