About the Role Supporting the process of job requisition, search, selection, and hiring of new hires;Assisting the process of on boarding and off boarding all team members;Working together with Operation Team to create and to maintain an employee leave database;Supporting Operation Team to maximize the use of time-sheet for both administration use and performance review use;Helping to build a more efficient travel reporting system and to implement it on a regular basis;Streamlining and processing the correspondence with external parties in forms of but not limited through lettering and agreement;Supporting the organizing of regular board members meeting;Working side by side Operation Team to build a safe and comfortable space for every team member in the office, both virtually and in person; andAdministering the use of technology for all staffs which includes but not limited to Zoom account.
Required Skills and Experience
Fluency in English;Highly organized and detail-oriented;Passionate in administrative and technical works;Basic budgeting and financial knowledge;Time management and multitasking skills;Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently and under minimal supervision;Good Communication skills;Proficient in Excel/Word;IT-savvy;Familiar with Salesforce and general IT tools (desirable);Bachelor degree in any majors;Around 3-4 years of organizational or voluntary experience in a operational matters; andMotivated to grow and learn new skills Personal Qualities Ashoka has a rigorous screening process for hiring staff at all career stages.
